Welcome to Bill Saathi (“Bill Saathi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://billsaathi.com/, mobile apps (Android & iOS), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who may use the Services
- The Services are intended for business use by Indian SMEs and similar organisations.
- You must have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
2) Accounts & security
- You are responsible for accurate registration details and for safeguarding logins.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security incident.
3) Plans & pricing
- Plans: PRO (₹999/year), GROW (₹1499/year), ENTERPRISE (₹1999/year), and Custom. Differences are primarily in number of firms and devices. Prices are in INR and may change prospectively.
- Taxes (GST/others) are charged as applicable.
4) Trial & refunds
- 7-day free trial is available. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription if you find the product complex. Excludes renewals, add-ons, and any third-party/政府 fees.
- Referral: successful referral earns the referrer a 10% discount on the next eligible purchase.
5) Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing access limits.
- No uploading of malware or content that violates third-party rights.
6) Your data & intellectual property
You own the business data you upload (parties, products, delivery challans, invoices, receipts, part-payments, credit notes, expenses, ledgers). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of your data and compliance with tax/record-keeping laws.
The Services (software, UI, logos, templates, docs) are owned by Bill Saathi or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription term.
7) Features & integrations
Core capabilities include GST-ready invoices with HSN/SAC support, delivery challan → invoice, inventory & valuation, payments/ledger, expenses & income, reports, and Excel field mapping. Some integrations (e.g., e-invoice, e-way bill, WhatsApp API) may rely on third parties or roll out gradually. We may add, change, or deprecate features with reasonable notice.
8) Payments & taxes
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected term (e.g., annual).
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; taxes will be charged as required by law.
9) Cancellation & termination
- You can stop future renewals any time before the end of your current term.
- We may suspend/terminate access for breach of Terms, unlawful activity, or security risk.
10) Data retention & deletion
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When you delete records, they are removed from active systems and subsequently from backups after a limited retention window. You can request account-level deletion via our contact page.
11) Support & conduct (abusive language)
We aim for respectful support across channels (phone, email, WhatsApp). Abusive or threatening language towards our team may result in warnings, restricted communication, or account suspension/termination, without obligation to refund.
12) Third-party services
Certain functions rely on third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, messaging, analytics). We aren’t responsible for those services or for merchant transactions conducted outside our platform. Refunds/cancellations for third-party purchases are governed by their terms.
13) Disclaimers
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We don’t provide legal/tax advice; outputs depend on your inputs and applicable law.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Bill Saathi be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bill Saathi harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
