By accessing and using Bill Saathi (“Bill Saathi”), you agree to follow the policies on this page. We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
1) Subscriptions – 7-day refund
We offer a 7-day refund window on any Bill Saathi subscription purchased directly from us. Requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible, subject to a standard deduction of ₹150.00 (processing fee). Beyond 7 days, refunds or credits are generally not provided.
2) How to request a refund
- Email contact@billsaathi.com with subject: “Request for refund – <Your name + phone>”
- Explain the reason for the refund clearly in the email.
- Include your registered mobile number.
- Allow up to 48 hours for our first response; you may follow up on the same thread.
- Once approved and processed, refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account, depending on your bank/gateway.
3) Payments handled via partners
Bill Saathi may use payment aggregators/gateways and other third parties. We don’t own or control the products/services of any merchant. Cancellations/refunds for such purchases are governed by the aggregator/merchant’s terms. We aren’t responsible for charges or timelines defined by third parties, though we will cooperate with any investigation by banks or regulators where required.
4) Wrong or erroneous payments
If you accidentally pay a wrong party or wrong amount, your recourse is to contact the recipient or your bank. Bill Saathi cannot reverse such payments on your behalf and has no liability for user-initiated errors.
5) General disclaimer
Bill Saathi disclaims liability for losses/damages arising from user acts or omissions on our website/app. You acknowledge we act as a technology facilitator/intermediary and are indemnified from claims arising out of such use.
6) Third-party terms
Always review the merchant or service-provider terms on their own website/platform. We aren’t responsible for your inability to access those terms or losses arising from them.
7) Merchant relationship
Any sale/contract is directly between you and the merchant/vendor. We do not control content, listings, pricing, or the ability of merchants to sell/provide services. Bill Saathi doesn’t take ownership of listings or bookings offered by any third party.
8) Warranty & disputes
We are not a warrantor for merchant goods/services. Issues about warranty, quality, or service must be resolved with the merchant/aggregator as per their terms. We’re not liable for misrepresentation in third-party listings/bookings.
9) Service errors/interruption
Service availability and data may be affected by human/technical errors, force majeure, regulatory actions, third-party outages, or internet disruptions. We strive for reliability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
10) Non-refundable erroneous transfers
Amounts transferred erroneously by a user to merchants or other persons are not refundable by Bill Saathi. Web links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement; those sites are governed by their own terms.
11) Records & conclusive evidence
In the event of a dispute, Bill Saathi’s system records shall be binding and treated as conclusive evidence of transactions executed using the platform.
12) Fund transfer/collection facility
For any transfer/collection facility facilitated by Bill Saathi, you must provide the correct beneficiary details. You’re solely responsible for errors such as an incorrect VPA, mobile number, account number, or IFSC resulting in funds being sent to a wrong beneficiary. Payment orders are irrevocable once executed.
13) Accuracy of your instructions
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all instructions provided to Bill Saathi. If instructions appear in the prescribed form and manner, we may treat them as sufficient and are not obliged to independently verify them. We shall not be liable if we cannot stop or reverse a payment order after you issue it.
14) Refund credit mode
Approved refunds (if any) are credited to your bank account or original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/gateway.
